Terms of Service

1. Operator and agreement

Seenime is operated by OrashCat LLC, 8206 LOUISIANA BLVD NE, STE A #10214, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87113, United States. These terms govern your use of Seenime. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy explains our data practices; optional analytics and marketing permissions are separate from this agreement.

2. Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age or parental-authorization requirement in your country. If you are a minor who cannot enter this agreement independently, your parent or guardian must authorize your use. Do not use Seenime if those conditions are not met.

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and tell support@seenime.com about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for your use of the account, subject to applicable law. Creating an account does not subscribe you to promotional email.

3. Community rules

Follow the Community Guidelines at /community. Use spoiler labels, respect other members and credit creators.

• Do not post unlawful content, threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate images, or personal information about others without permission.
• Do not infringe copyright, impersonate others, scam, spam, or manipulate engagement.
• Do not attack the Service, bypass access controls or rate limits, or automate scraping/account creation without our permission.

4. Your content and visibility

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant OrashCat LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, technically adapt and display it as needed to operate Seenime according to your chosen visibility, including through our service providers. This license is limited to providing the Service; it does not transfer ownership.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for your uploads. Public profiles, lists, posts and interactions may be visible outside Seenime and indexed by search engines. Choose public/private settings carefully where available.

The license ends when your content is removed from our active service, except for copies needed for backups, legal obligations or resolving disputes. Removing content cannot recall copies independently saved or shared by others.

5. Reports, moderation and copyright

Use in-app reporting to flag a post or profile, or email support@seenime.com with the URL, a description of the issue and information supporting your report. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Authorized reviewers can review reports and take action to protect the community.

We may remove or restrict content or suspend accounts for violations, safety risks or legal obligations. You may request review of a moderation decision by contacting support@seenime.com with the relevant account and content URL. We provide explanations or notices where required and may act promptly when safety or law requires it.

For copyright complaints, identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing content URL, your contact information and authority to act, and explain the claim in good faith. Send complaints to support@seenime.com. We may ask for further information to evaluate your claim.

6. Seenime and third-party materials

Seenime branding, software and design belong to OrashCat LLC or its licensors. Anime information and artwork may come from external catalogs, including MyAnimeList; their respective owners retain their rights. Seenime is not affiliated with those rights holders unless stated. Links and third-party services may have separate terms.

7. Availability and paid features

We may improve or change features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party catalog information. If paid features are introduced, prices, billing, renewal and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase. No payment obligation arises from this paragraph.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using Seenime at any time. To request account closure or deletion, email privacy@seenime.com. Available in-app controls let you remove individual content. Handling of retained data, backups and third-party copies is explained in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict or terminate access as described in the moderation section.

9. Consumer rights and liability

The Service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights for fraud, intentional misconduct or other protected claims.

Nothing in these terms takes away mandatory protections, remedies or access to courts available under the laws that apply to you. Contact support@seenime.com if you have a dispute so we can try to resolve it.

10. Updates and contact

We update the date above when these terms change and give notice of material changes as required. Where acceptance of revised terms is required, we will request it. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have.
